Setting up a truck fill account.

Truck fill accounts let hauling companies and individuals draw water from designated fill stations across the region. Truck Fill accounts are managed through Flowpoint Environmental Systems – and Alberta-based water infrastructure consumer portal. To set up a new account, or make inquiries about an existing account, register at: www.water-fill.com or contact them by telephone at: 1 (844) 509-2837.

What do I do if I notice low water pressure?

Check the System Operating Status above first for known issues in your area. If your area shows normal status and you're still experiencing low pressure, contact our office so an operator can investigate.

How do I set up a new water connection?

New connections go through our Connection & Service Application process. Visit the Operations page for the application form and steps.

How are truck fill rates calculated?

Truck fill accounts are billed monthly based on metered usage at the current truck fill rate. See Rates & Rate Methodology for details.

Who do I contact in a water emergency?

For urgent issues like a major leak or total loss of service, use the emergency contact listed on our Contact page, available outside office hours.

Is my community's water tested regularly?

Yes — water quality is tested on an ongoing basis, with quarterly and annual reports posted in the Water Quality Reports section above.
